Your personal information will be used to confirm your identity, provide the services and products you have requested, inform you of changes to them, and fulfill the obligations we have contracted with you.
To this end, we require the following personal data to be obtained through the service request and initial interview: Name, home phone number, mobile phone number, address, proof of address, RFC, CURP, profession, state of birth, date of birth, nationality, gender, marital status, and email address.
Regarding the purpose of processing your data, in accordance with the Law, we inform you that your personal data, which we will collect, will be used to provide you with a product or service, and for the following purposes (primary) necessary for the requested service:
Manage, control, and administer communications, requests, quotes, and budgets related to the offering and leasing or subleasing of storage spaces expressly requested by tenants or subtenants.
Collect information required for billing for the leasing or subleasing of storage spaces.
Verify and confirm your identity, as well as the authenticity of the information you provide, including that of your authorized third parties and references.
Ensure security through procedures for identifying potential entries and exits to our facilities using surveillance cameras and other systems.
Additionally, your personal information will be used for the following purposes, which are not necessary for the requested service or product but enable and facilitate better service and care:
Generate a database of tenants, subtenants, and prospects.
Improve the control and execution of subsequent consultation processes.
Offer information, services, and/or promotions designed by KIIP for its tenants, subtenants, and prospects.
Send communications about promotions and new products and/or services provided or offered by KIIP.
Carry out collection management and processes.
Confirm and correct the information we have to ensure the best quality of service.
You may revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data related to the additional purposes indicated at any time through the mechanisms outlined in this Privacy Notice and in accordance with current legislation.
In the event of entering into a service or product agreement with KIIP, the following sensitive personal data will be added: Credit and/or debit card data, including the cardholder's name, card number, expiration date, and address for receiving account statements, as well as credit history obtained from Credit Information Societies.
The information provided to KIIP will be properly safeguarded, preserved, and protected with appropriate technological and physical measures to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized access. Only authorized individuals who have committed to maintaining the information under strict confidentiality and security standards will have access, except when required by law or competent authorities.
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, the purpose of its use, and the conditions of its processing. You also have the right to request corrections to your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete; to request its deletion if it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties, and obligations set out in the legislation; and to object to its use for specific purposes. These rights are known as ARCO rights.
To exercise any of your ARCO rights, you must submit a corresponding request that complies with the requirements established in current legislation by sending it to our Personal Data Officer via email at jpsarrapy@kiip.com.mx, with the subject line “ARCO Rights and/or Consent Revocation.”
The request must include:
Your name and address or another means of communicating the response to your request;
Documents proving your identity or, if applicable, legal representation;
A clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which you wish to exercise any ARCO rights;
Any other element or document that facilitates locating the personal data.
KIIP will respond to your request within a maximum of 10 business days from the date the corresponding request is received.
